As the case continues to make front-page headlines, the music producer is defending his name and slamming accusations that he harmed the "TiK ToK" singer in any way.
"Until now I haven't commented on the lawsuits, which should be resolved in court not here on Twitter," Dr. Luke began on Monday afternoon. "I didn't rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister."
He continued, "It's a shame that there's so much speculation out there basing itself on so little information. The only truly objective person who knows the facts is the judge. The judge did not rule in Kesha's favor on Friday."
During the court appearance, Kesha was moved to tears when a judge denied her request for a preliminary injunction that would allow her to release new music outside of Dr. Luke's purview.
As soon as the decision was made, #FreeKesha began to trend on social media for several hours as Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Kelly Clarkson and other stars showed their support for the pop star online.
"I understand why people without all the information are speaking out. I can appreciate their compassion," Dr. Luke continued on Twitter. "But lives can get ruined when there's a rush to judgment before all the facts come out. Look what happened at UVA, Duke etc."
He added, "Of course any sane person is against rape and sexual assault but everybody who is commenting is doing so without knowledge or facts. They are getting behind an allegation only - motivated by money."
E! News has reached out to Kesha's attorney Mark Geragos for comment on Dr. Luke's latest tweets.
While Dr. Luke shares his perspective online, other stars in the music industry are lending their support for Kesha. Taylor Swift recently donated $250,000 to help Kesha's financial needs.
And most recently, Zedd along with Jack Antonoff have offered to help the singer make music when she's able to.
"@KeshaRose very very sorry to hear about the whole situation. I'll be happy to produce a song for you if you want my help," Zedd wrote online. Jack added, "Hey @kesharose -- don't know what the legal specifics are, but if you want to make something together & then leak it for everyone I'm around."
Putting celebrity support aside, Dr. Luke believes that the judge will make the right decision in the case. He also makes it clear to fans that his mom "raised me right" and to treat women with respect.
"Kesha and I made a lot of songs together and it was often good but there were creative differences at times," he tweeted. "It's sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue."
He added, "But I feel confident when this is over the lies will be exposed and the truth will prevail...I want to thank all my friends and family who have supported me throughout this. This is an ongoing legal case so I won't be responding / talking much about this. This should be tried in a court of law."
