Fresh off of speaking her mind about women's empowerment, Demi Lovato is spilling her thoughts once again.

Taylor Swift donated $250,000 to Kesha in the wake of her ongoing legal battle with Dr. Luke, but Demi doesn't think that is enough to really make a change. "Take something to Capitol Hill or actually speak out about something and then I'll be impressed," she tweeted after news of T. Swift's donation went public.

Both pop stars have shown their support in their own way—Swift helping out with legal fees and Demi tweeting her support for equality—but Demi has made it clear that she believes Taylor could and should do more. In addition to her subtweet, Demi also allegedly took to a Taylor Swift Instagram fan page to respond to a Swiftie who called out Lovato for her "hate."

"How the f--k am I making this about myself? At least I'm talking about it. Not everyone has 250k to just give to people. Would love to but I didn't grow up with money and def haven't made as much as her," Lovato commented, as captured by website JustJared. "At least I speak up about s--t that's uncomfortable to talk about rather than trying to be politically correct 24/7."

She continued, "There's no 'rivalry' I just give more f--ks than other people and would rather start a dialogue ABOUT WOMEN COMING FORWARD ABOUT BEING RAPED than throw money at one person."

The "Confident" singer then said she didn't mean to insult the "Style" singer. Instead, she would prefer people talk publicly about the issues instead of taking a hands-off approach.

"I didn't shade Taylor. If you take it that way than fine. I'm just tired of seeing women use ‘women empowerment' and ‘feminism' to further brands without actually being the ones that have the uncomfortable conversations," she added. "I get shade and I don't give a f--k because someone has to be the one to take it. At least I'm getting my hands dirty."

E! News has reached out to Demi's rep for comment.

In a series of tweets early Sunday morning, Demi preached about women's empowerment and how frustrating the movement can sometimes be.

"Frustrating to see women come forward with their past only to be shot down, not believed & disrespected for their bravery in taking action," she shared with her 34 million followers. "Happens way too often. I'm ready for women to be taken just as seriously as men."

She continued, "Someone tell me why anyone would ever feel brave enough to come forward if they are most likely to be ignored or called a liar? I'm also ready for self-proclaimed feminists to start speaking out or taking action for women's rights."

The tweets came a couple of days after Kesha broke down in tears after a judge decided she couldn't release music outside of Dr. Luke's record label.
