Hey, you two! Enjoy your trip to... wait, where are they going?

Wheel of Fortune contestants David and Keri were super-excited to win an awesome vacation during the show's prize puzzle round last night.

Unfortunately, David is not entirely clear on where their gondola ride is taking them.

The duo was competing alongside two other couples on the game show and filled in the blanks to spell out "Gondola Ride Through Venice."

That means they're going to Venice. Woo hoo!

Host Pat Sajak followed up as they celebrated their prize win with a simple question: "Let's check your geography knowledge, what country do you think we're sending you to?"

"Paris," replied David.

The audience started to giggle, after realizing he wasn't kidding.

"France," he added.

As if to say: 'silly me. I said a city. We all know that Venice is in Paris... France.'

"Do we still get it?" asked Keri, hoping her trip to Italy wouldn't be compromised by David's answer.

"Apparently you know your husband well," said Sajak, after laughing at David. "Yeah, we're sending you to Italy!"

To be fair, the show just wants you to solve the puzzle. You don't have to understand it.

Besides, France and Italy are super-close. You can do it all, David!

Ultimately, David and Keri had the last laugh—their winnings totaled $60,432.

Also, according to David's Facebook page, he understands where he and wife Keri are going on their vacay.

"I do know that Venice is in Italy NOT PARIS, but I guess the only excuse I have is that I was nervous and not thinking straight," wrote David.

"My wife has gotten a lot of mileage out of this. Oh well, it was entertaining watching me drown on national television. Maybe I should still buy a world map with some of our winnings."

Good call, David. You don't want to book a hotel room in the wrong city.
