Pharrell Williams is back for his fourth season on The Voice—and he's not messing around this time.

Sure, the singer always seems so nice and happy (see what we did there? Sorry about that.), but there is power and cunning behind those kind mannerisms and inspirational words. He is ready to slay the competition of Teams Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and returning coach Christina Aguilera, and get his favorite singers to choose him in the process.

Just how, pray tell, will the Grammy-winning artist do this?

Why, his swift, shrewd, "Kung-Phu" moves, of course. That's right—as you can see in the exclusive promo that E! News has gotten a hold of, the man otherwise known as "King Phury" is here to snatch up every one of the best singers during season 10's blind auditions.

As Levine notes, Pharrell is like a "secret assassin" in choosing his team members. "I know your moves, man," the Maroon 5 frontman jokes.

Williams has one win under his belt—season eight's teen dream champion Sawyer Fredericks—and he's ready for another. Check out the clip above, and tune in on Monday, Feb. 29 at 8 p.m. on NBC.

He'll be joined by fellow coaches Levine, Shelton and Aguilera, and Miley Cyrus will play the role of season 10's key advisor. Gwen Stefani will also be back, but not as a coach—this time, she's playing the role of advisor to boyfriend Shelton's group of singers.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
