Beyoncé, can you handle this?
Whatever "this" is, it's likely that Queen Bey can…with the help of stylist extraordinaire Ty Hunter, that is.
E! News followed the fashion guru through New York Fashion Week, as he went from event to event to the launch party of his new selfie-friendly, LED-lit phone case Ty-Lite.
There's no question he scoped the runways for outfit inspiration to dress his mega-star client (apparently, Alexander Wang works well on tour), but the singer's trusted stylist and friend of 16 years also shared his favorite Beyoncé looks. Why does everything look exponentially better on the celeb? One word: confidence.
"You can throw anything on someone, but it's about selling the garment. She has a confidence that shines through," Ty told E! News. "It's not just the clothes; it's who you are."
How did the celeb stylist whittle down the epic fashion list to his fave five? The answers are below.
Dangerously in Love Album Cover: "This is the beginning of the whole Beyoncé experience to me—when she went solo," Ty explained.
Sheer Givenchy Gown: "It was sexy but classy and beautiful," he said. "It was very heavy though—the heaviest gown she's ever worn actually." It weighed so much, in fact, Ty walked the carpet with Bey to keep it looking fierce.
Lacy Michael Costello: "It's now in the museum!" Ty said. "I met Michael at an event and I was like, ‘What is that?!' It didn't even have a zipper or anything. And he made it, the day before the Grammys."
Now that you know why he loves these pieces, it's time for you to vote on your favorite of Ty's top five. Which Queen Bey ensemble reigns supreme?
