Yolanda Foster made a welcome return to the Watch What Happens Live clubhouse Tuesday. In recent years, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star hasn't been feeling well enough to make an appearance on Bravo's late-night show. Host Andy Cohen asked Yolanda about Lisa Rinna participating in a conversation where someone suggested she may be suffering from Munchausen syndrome rather than Lyme disease. Lisa wouldn't reveal who her source was in Tuesday's episode of the hit reality show, but during a recent WWHL appearance, she said her hairdresser brought it up. "Are you going to listen to what the hairdresser says?" Yolanda asked. "Because if you're my friend, you should go to the hairdresser, like, 'Are you crazy?'"

"Do you know her hairdressers?" Andy asked.

"No, I don't," Yolanda said.

Aside from her friend and co-star Erika Jayne Girardi, Andy told Yolanda he thinks the other Housewives "want to believe you're faking your illness." Yolanda didn't disagree with that idea, saying, "You know what, they're maybe saying what a lot of people are thinking in the world. I mean, there's such ignorance when it comes to invisible disease and millions of people are suffering with those problems, of family members, friends and people out in the world judging them by the way they look. So, maybe they're just voicing what a lot of people are thinking."

Fellow guest Craig Ferguson offered another theory. "When a disease is invisible like that, I think people get frustrated and they want it to be something they can explain away so that it doesn't frighten them. So they get, 'Oh, no! She's just making it up,'" he said. "Or maybe just bitches be jealous."

Yolanda also revealed that former RHOBH stars Brandi Glanville and Kim Richards have been the most supportive since her diagnosis. "They're great. It's funny enough that of the whole group, these are the two who deal with the most trouble in their whole life, and they really have the most compassion for my journey," she told Andy, adding, "They've been really good."

Because it had been a while since they'd last spoken to each other on camera, Andy also brought up Yolanda's impending divorce from music producer David Foster. "How is single life for you?" he asked. The Dutch model replied, "You know, I don't know. I haven't tried it yet. I'm still at home trying to get well." As for her new place, she said, "It's beautiful. I mean, it's not completely furnished yet but I love the space and I'm starting to get used to the new normal."

Andy also asked Yolanda how she feels about her supermodel daughters, Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, dating two of the world's biggest musicians, Zayn Malik and The Weeknd. "It's their choice. As long as they treat my daughters with great respect and they love them, you know, it's all good for me," the mom of three replied, adding, "You can't tell your daughter who to date. It's their choice and I support them in whatever their choices are and pray for the best."
