It's a happy ending after all!

Multiple sources confirm to E! News that Liberty Ross, 37, and Jimmy Iovine, 62, were scheduled to tie the knot on Valentine's Day.

One day earlier, the two took part in an intimate, romantic pre-wedding gathering with their close family and friends, E! News has learned.

Gwen Stefani had said in a radio interview last week she planned to attend the wedding, adding Iovine had given her a record contract early in her career. According to social media, Oprah Winfrey, Gayle King and Pharrell Williams were just some of the stars who definitely attended Sunday's ceremony.

Even Jimmy's sons shared a picture before the big event. "Me and Jeremy ready for the wedding," Jamie Iovine shared on Twitter while posing in a suit and tie.

According to People, roughly 300 guests showed up for Sunday's event where women were asked to wear red.

The couple originally confirmed their engagement in September and made their first post-engagement appearance at the premiere of Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer in Hollywood on Sept. 9, where Ross debuted her stunning diamond ring.

The nuptials are definitely a happy ending for the Sweetheart actress who went through a bit of a rough split from ex-husband, Rupert Sanders.

Their marriage and subsequent divorce received front-page headlines after the Snow White and the Huntsmen director was caught cuddling up to lead actress Kristin Stewart in 2012.

In 2013, Ross ended up filing for divorce and finalizing it in July 2014.

Despite everything, the model never let it get her down, opening up to Harper's Bazaar after the divorce about how she moved forward.

"People need to learn to forgive. I have no problem with anyone involved," she told the publication. "I'm completely compassionate, I really am. No life is perfect. We all have our problems and issues and I believe that it's good to be true to who you are."

She continued, "Rupert and I were together since we were very, very young. I was 18—essentially, I married my first boyfriend…We'd been together for so long, we weren't really evolving together as a couple so much."

We're so happy to hear about her new chapter in life! Congrats again to the couple!
