The Amazing Race is heating up already—and it's only the first episode!

The teams are starting their race around the world tonight, and E! News has an exclusive sneak peek at the first leg of the competition.

This year, instead of gathering at a starting line in Los Angeles, the teams will begin racing from their own homes. Their first destination? Mexico City. The clip above shows the teams completing one of their Detours: "Great Bulls of Fire," where they have to build a torito and light off fireworks at the end.

You can see several teams in progress, but the standouts are YouTubers Tyler Oakley and Korey Kuhl (who E! News exclusively revealed would be competing this season). They're not pleased that the BFF duo have gotten through the challenge so quickly. "They tore through this one, didn't they?"

Even Oakley and Kuhl seem surprised that they've done so well. Says Oakley, "It looks pretty good!"

Too bad the next thing they have to do is light their creation on fire and watch the fireworks inside explode. Elsewhere in the episode they'll have to dig deep at an archaeological Roadblock before meeting host Phil Keoghan at the first Pit Stop.

This season's contestants include 11 teams of social media influencers, including YouTubers Oakley and Kuhl, Viners Zach King (with wife Rachel) and Cole LaBrant (with mom Sheri), Instagram models Jessica Versteeg and Brittany Oldehoff, plus many more connected stars.

Check out the premiere clip above, and tune in to The Amazing Race on Fridays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
