Kate Hudson & Nick Jonas Reunite and Show Some PDA at Dinner: "Kate Had a Huge Smile on Her face"

Kate Hudson showcased her signature smile while getting cozy withNick Jonas Wednesday night.

The 36-year-old actress and 23-year-old pop singer, who sparked romance rumors last fall, were spotted having dinner at the Italian restaurant Pace in Los Angeles. A source told E! News exclusively that while the two did not display major PDA, "there was a light kiss exchanged."

And then...whoops?

"Kate touched Nick's leg at a point during dinner," the source said.

"There were laughs throughout the dinner and Kate had a huge smile on her face," the source added. "Nick was a gentleman. You could tell they like each other."

The source also told E! News Hudson and Jonas were "lovely to the waiters" and other workers at the restaurant and left a "generous" tip.

A second source said they spent several hours dining on the patio and left together in the same car.

The two have never confirmed a relationship. They first sparked romance rumors last September, when they were spotted together in Florida. They have since been seen hanging out sporadically. They were seen together last weekend in San Francisco at a Super Bowl 50 party.

"They were talking, but not overly flirty," a source told E! News at the time. "They are not a couple."

Both Hudson and Jonas had remained coy when asked about each other in separate interviews in October.

"Kate's incredible," the singer told Complex magazine recently. "We had an unbelievable connection as two humans who just admire things about each other, and see something in each other that's beautiful. Out of my best effort to respect her and her privacy, I'm not going to say if we had sex or not. But we did have a beautiful connection. Even now I have so much admiration and respect. She's amazing."

Jonas also said he is "very much single," adding, "But I'm trying to be as open to people who can inspire me in some way."
