Today may not mark an official holiday, but it might as well be: it's Jennifer Aniston's birthday!

The actress turns 47 today, and in order to properly ring in the special occasion, she and hubby Justin Theroux shared a little pre-birthday date night in New York City on Wednesday.

E! News got the exclusive photos of the couple hitting up the Broadway show Hamilton at Richard Rodgers Theater. The Friends alum is clearly a big fan of the play as it was her second time seeing it.

The birthday beauty looked amazing in a black leather mini skirt, which she rocked with a black sweater and a black faux fur coat. She accessorized the ensemble with a chic choker and a pair of knee-high suede, wedged boots.

Theroux also looked fashionable, donning a green coat with a black turtleneck and a coordinating scarf.

Meanwhile, the hunky actor is busy with more than just helping ring in his wife's 47th. He caught up with E! News at the New York City premiere of Zoolander 2 and dished on their special Valentine's Day plans, too!

"You gotta take care of each other on Valentine's Day, every day," he revealed. "But we've actually scratched our dinner plans because I'm tired so we're probably just going to put on pajamas and catch up on some Netflix."

Though totally simple, the couple's plan is exactly what they need right now after being separated for the last few weeks. Theroux was busy traveling the world in support of the film's release, and thus hadn't seen Jen until they reunited in the Big Apple on Tuesday.

"It's been so nice. We've been on the road for like a week and a half in Europe and it was always the plan to meet up in New York," he gushed to us. "It was very nice to lay eyeballs on her."

Well, cheers to a relaxing yet celebratory weekend for the two lovebirds!
