Attention: Life in Pieces is about to give you a reason not to continue sulking with the winter blues.

Gregg Sulkin has booked a guest starring gig on the hit new CBS comedy, E! News has exclusively learned. The Faking It star will play Jake, Jen's (Zoe Lister-Jones) new assistant. The character is also described as cool, hip, funny and charming and "impossibly good looking." So you know, swoon-worthy. Jake's always on top of things and that leaves Greg (Colin Hanks), Jen's husband, feeling more than a little bit threatened.

Sulkin's other TV credits include Pretty Little Liars, Melissa and Joey and Wizards of Waverly Place. Next up is the big screen horror flick Don't Hang Up.

Life in Pieces is the No. 1 new comedy of the season. The ensemble comedy about a large family also stars Dianne Wiest, James Brolin, Angelique Cabral, Thomas Sadoski, Betsy Brandt, Dan Bakkedahl, Niall Cunningham, Holly J. Barrett and Giselle Eisenberg.

Other guest stars this season include Josh Groban, Kat Von D, Martin Mull, Jordan Peele, Ken Marino, Alex Borstein and Brenda Song.

Life in Pieces airs Thursdays, 8:30 p.m. on CBS.
