For a Workout That'll Kick Your Butt: Boxing is a biggie right now, thanks to the recent release of Creed, Rocky—err—Sylvester Stallone's recent Golden Globes win and the fact that Gigi Hadid is a constant at NYC-based Gotham Gym. Traditional boxing is a high-intensity workout that really tones the core and arm muscles, but if you're scared of scarring your pretty face, opt for cardio boxing.

For a Fun Workout With Your Friends: We can't all afford personal training sessions with celeb fitness guru Simone de la Rue—but you can sweat it out in her dance classes tried and tested by the stars. "I go with my girlfriends. We all go and sweat our faces off and then have a healthy breakfast," Rosie Huntington-Whiteley told MailOnline. "You have to make it fun. I like to go to dance classes and feel like Beyoncé."

For Circuit Training With an Aussie Twist: There's no doubt that HIT (high-intensity training) is effective but it can be boring. LA-based Training Mate does killer sessions with an Aussie flair, using a variety of exercises and equipment like suspension bands, kangaroo jumps and an outdoor abs workout. Their mantra? "No class is the same."

For a Workout That Tones and Stretches: Think yoga…but in the air. Probably not ideal for those afraid of heights, this workout is exhilarating, safe and also tones muscles you never knew you had. Not to mention, you look pretty artful in a pose. There are studios across the country, but stars flock to the Hollywood haven Air Aerial Fitness.

Watch: How Bradley Cooper Gets Toned for Red Carpet Season

For Those Who Want to Sculpt: We're calling it—cardio climbing is the new Soul Cycle. At LA-based Rise Nation, you can chisel your glutes on a VersaClimber machine to the beat of electric and hip-hop sounds, under what looks like a lit-up Vegas ceiling. If the environment doesn't psych you up, maybe a sighting of Bradley Cooper and other A-listers will inspire you. The actor even likes the front and center spot!
