Perhaps Leah Still is the true MVP this Super Bowl weekend!

Before Sunday's big game, Devon Still and his five-year-old daughter attended the NFL Honors where they stepped on stage to present one of the most important awards of the evening.

But before the father-daughter duo was given the opportunity to present the Comeback Player of the Year trophy to Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry, the pair had a special message to fans in San Francisco and around the country.

"Throughout Leah's 22-month battle with cancer, we endured so many ups and downs," Devon explained in video posted by the NFL. "Together we learned a lot about what it takes to come back."

"Sometimes it takes all your hair," Leah said.

Devon continued, "There were many great examples of players overcoming adversity this season. But the one with the steepest hill to climb got our attention right away. Because if you can kick cancer, you can do anything. Ain't that right, Le-le?"

"Yes, daddy, roll the tape," Leah replied.

Fans were then able to hear the inspiring story of Eric who was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in 2014 forcing him to miss the rest of that season. He was able to return to the field one year later and earned Pro Bowl honors.

Eric's diagnosis came just a few months after Leah found out she had stage-4 neuroblastoma. Luckily, she was able to officially beat cancer just last month.

"I can really say my daughter BEAT CANCER! Words can't describe how proud I am of this girl," Devon shared on Instagram less than a month ago.  No matter how hard it got or how painful the treatments were (and it was pretty bad a lot of the times) she never gave up!"

Today, Leah is taking full advantage of her good health. And yes, that includes meeting a few famous faces over Super Bowl weekend including Taraji P. Henson and J.J. Watt.

"So glad I finally got to meet the one and only Leah Still last night along with her father @man_of_still75," the three-time Defensive Player of the Year wrote on Instagram. "A true inspiration and such a sweetheart of a girl. Very glad to welcome them to the Texans family!"
