Looks like Kanye West wants one of the best magazine covers of all time.

On Wednesday evening, the rapper decided to release a photo of what appeared to be a never-before-seen Rolling Stone issue.

"ROLLING STONE SHOT BY TYLER THE CREATOR," Yeezus wrote while sharing the cover that featured himself smiling for the camera while wearing a beanie and denim jacket.

"Kanye," the headline also read. "Does he like mustard?" Perhaps that should have been our first sign that something was up. The cover, however, also featured a release date of Feb. 25, 2016. Smart thinking, right?

Ultimately, the publication got wind of the cover floating around and decided to set the record straight once and for all.

"While we love Kanye, and have many mustard-related questions for him, this is not an actual cover of Rolling Stone," the company tweeted.

In true Kanye fashion, Kim Kardashian's husband wasn't going to stay quiet. Instead, he decided to speak his mind and ask his fan base if the photo deserves a space on newsstands.

"I bet you this still becomes the cover though... Let's do another poll.....#trollingstone," he tweeted. "Should this be a Rolling Stone cover?  Yes or No." After an hour, more than 9,000 people had voted and "yes" was easily in the lead.

Kim was first to show her support by tweeting, "YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! #TrollingStrone. That pic Tyler The Creator took is seriously one of my faves of Kanye. He looks so happy!"

Tyler added, "DAMN FIRST TIME I SEEN PEOPLE STOKED ON ONE OF THEIR COVERS EVER..... F--K I WAS SO STOKED HAHAHA NO WORRIES ILL SHOOT A COVER ONE DAY."

If there was ever a moment to do an interview, this may just be the perfect time. Whether answering questions about his feud (and reconciliation) with Wiz Khalifa to his thoughts on the upcoming Grammy awards, something tells us the "Stronger" singer will have something to say.

Or perhaps we can get some scoop about his upcoming album titled Waves. After all, it was once considered the "best album of all time."

"This is not album of the year. This is album of the life," he recently shared on Twitter before clarifying his remarks. "New album title, WAVES."
