Sorry, not sorry, Yolanda FosterLisa Rinna doesn't regret calling your health into question.

It's no surprise that the former supermodel has been battling a crippling Lyme disease diagnosis for years. Her struggles have been chronicled on episodes of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Foster has documented her daily strife on her Instagram account to bring awareness to the chronic illness. She's not alone— the blond beauty also revealed last year that her youngest two children, Anwar Hadid, 16, and Bella Hadid, 19,  also suffer from the disease

Well, her fellow reality show wife Rinna just could not believe it. The 52-year-old actress publicly questioned the legitimacy of Foster's words, offering up an alternate diagnosis to the other RHOBH ladies.  In a late December episode of the show, Rinna discussed Munchausen syndrome, a psychiatric disorder in which victims typically fake illness or disease to gain sympathy or attention.

"[I] feel sorry to see my battle be such a point of weakness for them," Foster said in response to the allegations in her blog. "If I let fear of what others say about me creep into my mind, I probably would not be where I am today."

Though she's been less than sensitive to Foster's condition—even calling her sickly physical appearance into question at a birthday party—Rinna asserted Tuesday that she doesn't feel bad about bringing up an alternate ailment.

"I don't regret anything, actually," she told Andy Cohen during an episode of Watch What Happens Live. "I never regret anything. I learn from things that I do, always. I grow and I learn and its been a great experience in a lot of ways."

Just like that, the pot continues to stir.
