With all her selfies in barely-there bikinis, it's clear the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star isn't camera shy about her booty—and this latest Instagram shot puts it front and center.
While laying on a spa chair, the 37-year-old mother of six stripped down to her undies to freeze her—ahem—assets.
"Venus Freeze at Magnolia Med Spa this morning! Gotta keep my shit tight! #BeachBoundTomorrow #LastWeekBeforeIStartFilming #StarBucksInHandOfCourse" she captioned the shot of herself with her face turned away from the camera.
According to a video from the spa's website, the Venus Freeze is a "body contouring and skin tightening device" designed to "reduce aging through thermal magnetic rejuvenation."
The Don't Be Tardy star has been transparent about many of her physical treatments—including botox use and a tummy tuck after the birth of her twins, Kane and Kaia.
However, she's adamant about one tool she does not use to perfect her physique: Photoshop.
"Do you like my little bathing suit?" she once asked fans as she posed in front of a mirror, turning to display her curves in a video posted to Instagram. "No need to photoshop!" she captioned the clip.
