Grease: Live aired on Sunday and the show's stars Julianne Hough, Vanessa Hudgens and Aaron Tveit delivered incredible performances.
It was a bittersweet experience for Vanessa, whose dad Greg Hudgens passed away on Saturday.
On Sunday morning, just hours before Grease: Live filmed, Vanessa took to Twitter to tell everyone the devastating news.
Vanessa tweeted, "I am so sad to say that last night my daddy, Greg passed away from stage 4 cancer. Thank you to everyone who kept him in your prayers."
The actress then went on to say, "Tonight, I do the show in his honor."
And what a stunning performance she gave! Vanessa absolutely dominated her role as Rizzo and she's receiving praise around the world for her performance.
