E!Bryan Cranston is an amazing actor, and he just proved it (yet again) on the SAG Awards red carpet.
The Breaking Bad star illustrated his acting chops in the most hilarious way, of course, while chatting with Giuliana Rancic for E! Live From the Red Carpet tonight, when he brought on the waterworks and cried on the spot! But what brought on the tears, you ask?
Well, we like to have fun on the red carpet, so we decided to reunite Cranston with one epic throwback clip of his TV guest appearance on Baywatch from the '80s, and he just couldn't help but get emotional.
"I don't understand how that could have been overlooked for the Emmys or the SAG Awards. It brings a tear to my eye every time," the star joked while wiping his tears with a tissue, LOL.
Giuliana asked, "Did you think it would lead to this moment and possibly an Oscar win?," which Cranston simply responded, " No. I believe my secret for that character is he had diarrhea."
So, there's that. Hey, whatever brings the performance to life, right?
Cranston received his first-ever Oscar nomination this year for his work in Trumbo, and the celeb tells us he celebrated the Best Actor nod "in a quiet way. My wife made a beautiful dinner. We had a cocktail, and we just giggled. Who knows if it would ever happen again, so we wanted to take the time to embrace it."
