The newly engaged actress appears to have left her underwear at home, showing off her incredible body in this see-through dress.
Eva spilled all the details about her revealing dress in an exclusive interview with Giuliana Rancic on E!'s Live From the Red Carpet.
When Eva walked up for the interview, Giuliana couldn't help but admire Eva's backless dress. So what was the inspiration behind her ensemble?
"I didn't make it, I don't know!" Eva told Giuliana. "I guess her inspiration was show some skin."
Eva is the star and executive producer of the new NBC series Telenovela, which shows everyone what happens when the cameras stop rolling on a soap opera.
When doing research for her show Eva revealed that she learned, "Like most shows, no matter what show you're on, the drama is behind the camera."
Eva dished that the show "has been a lot of fun" and they've taken stories from real-life soap operas that they've used as material.
"You know catfights, jealously, jealously between men and women, hair and makeup fights," Eva revealed.
Does Eva get involved when there's drama on set? Nope! The former Desperate Housewives star told Giuliana she stayed away from it on past TV shows she's been involved with.
"I was always Switzerland," Eva explained. "On most sets I've been on I was always like, 'Happy to be here!'"
Telenovela airs Mondays at 8:30 p.m. on NBC!
