Watch: "How to Be Single" Cast on Best Parts of Being Single

How to Be Single is a new comedy that centers around a group of women in New York City who are, well, single.

Dakota Johnson stars as a paralegal who breaks up with her longtime boyfriend in order to experience life on her own (they started dating in college). Rebel Wilson plays as her hard partying best friend and Leslie Mann is Johnson's workaholic doctor sister who suddenly wants to become a mom.

When I sat down with them last week to talk about the movie, we also chatted about the best and worst things about being single.

Here's what they had to say…

Johnson said the biggest downside of being single is "not being cuddled all the time."

"Yeah, it's a little lonely," Mann added.

"Cuddling is just the greatest," the Fifty Shades of Grey star said.

But being single, Johnson said, also means "getting to do whatever you want all the time and getting to do whatever you want with your brain and go places and see things and not have the pressure or opinions of someone else."

Wilson also loves the "independence" of not being attached to someone.

"You don't have to confer with anyone," the funny lady said. "Like if I'm just going to go to New York for a few days and see a Broadway show, you can just go and do it. And you don't have to be like, 'Don't eat those leftovers in the fridge...because I want those for lunch tomorrow,' because nobody else is there in your house so you can just have the leftovers yourself."

Worst part?

"Sometimes you're invited to things and you have a plus one [so] there's pressure to choose like who is going to be my plus one?" Wilson said. "And if you're in a long-term committed relationship, you automatically got that person.  But for me I have to weigh out the factors. Who do I want to bring? Will they come? Will they be sober? All that kind of stuff."

How to Be Single is in theaters on Feb. 12.
