Bet no one told you this song was gonna be released this way!

Just a few days before Charlie Puth releases his new album, the singer is treating fans to a brand-new collaboration with the one and only Selena Gomez.

Titled "We Don't Talk Anymore," the track may just be the ultimate breakup song with its clever lyrics and infectious beat.

"We don't talk anymore! Like we used to do..." Charlie sings in the chorus. "We don't love anymore. What was all of it for? / Ohh, we don't talk anymore like we used to do."

Before you take a listen to the first beat, perhaps you will love to hear how the duo supported the single.

Charlie headed to Instagram Monday morning where he decided to remind fans of one unforgettable scene where Friends stars Ross (David Schwimmer) and Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) were on not-so-friendly terms.

Perhaps this track would have helped them whether they were on a break or not.

The next couple of months will be more than exciting for Charlie. In addition to being nominated for three Grammy awards and touring throughout the spring, the "One Call Away" singer will release his album this Friday.

And just one night before the big day, Charlie will team up with iHeartRadio for an album release party in New York City.

So what are you waiting for? Take a listen to the hot new track and let us know what you think.
