You know Stella Artois for their delicious beer, but did you also know they had a philanthropic side? "Buy a Lady a Drink" is an initiative they started with Water.org to help bring clean water to the 663 million people living without access to any. Limited-edition chalices were made and for every one sold, five years of clean water is provided to a person in need. So, what do Christian Siriano, Maria Menounos and the Academy Awards have to do with it? They're all about to play a pretty big part.

Making a name for yourself after studying under fashion legends like Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen is quite the achievement and Siriano did just that. Once you show at New York Fashion Week, open a flagship store and get inducted into the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) where do you go next? Create a custom gown inspired by limited-edition Stella Artois Chalices for Maria to wear to the Oscars, of course!

Cut to the designer's studio filled with swatches of various fabrics, photos of stunningly beautiful women in vibrant dresses and, of course, some chalices for inspiration.

"What's great about this project is that the dress, obviously, needs to get the message across but at the same time still be an Oscars red carpet piece. It can be fantasy, exciting…and I think that's my world. It's what I love to do. And Maria is obviously a great muse," Siriano said. "We have about eight ideas right now. All of them are some type of embroidery or beading, so really, very technical. I'm kind of going for things where the beading looks a little like glass or water, since that's what the idea is. We thought about doing reds and golds because that's the Stella world, but I think it might be more clear, gold beading…more in that realm."

"When I collaborate with the girl, it's always a little more successful," the designer added. "You can tell when they feel really good in it. That's the goal."

Dying to know what it will look like? Tune into E!'s Live from the Red Carpet at the 88th annual Academy Awards, where Menounos will be wearing the custom Christian Siriano gown. After Maria's reveal, the dress will be auctioned off, with all proceeds going to Water.org. In the meantime, Buy a Lady a Drink by purchasing your own Stella Artois Limited-Edition Chalice and let every sip be a reminder you helped someone in need.
