Attention Kmart shoppers, there's a Twitter fire in all aisles and a frustrated Real Housewife.

Bethenny Frankel has gotten some people pretty heated up after ranting about a recent visit to one of the retail giant's stores. The 45-year-old Real Housewives of New York City star and Skinnygirl founder expressed frustration on Twitter Friday after running into a language barrier.

"Wow @Kmart has 2 registers open w 5 other employees standing around & two speak no English whatsoever," she tweeted. "Shoes are sapatos right?"

"Not even attempting kids' snow boots in Spanish," added Frankel, mother of 5-year-old daughter Bryn Hoppy.

Many people slammed the reality star over her comments, with some calling her a "racist."

"Wow Bethenny never took you as a racist, guess your are voting Trump (sic)," one person replied.

"You know people are allowed to speak any language in this country, right? There is no official language. Racist as hell," another person wrote.

Others defended her.

"That's not racist," one person said. "There are real issues in this world, pick one. You don't need to make them up in your head."

"I used to work for Kmart. Kmart sucks," another user wrote. "This Mexican agrees with you."

Kmart offered a generic customer service response.

"We're upset to hear about your experience yesterday, Bethenny," read a tweet posted by one of the retail giant's accounts. "Would you like to DM us more about it? We're here to help!"

Frankel returned to Twitter Saturday to address the backlash over her remarks.

"No excuse for being at a retailer & not able to be directed to what u need," she tweeted. "0 to do w race. I'll explain but can't understand it for you."

"Oh how I wish I was as good at starting fires in my fireplace as I am on Twitter. #wetwood," she wrote.
