Before she sings, Selena Gomez must feast.
Ahead of her upcoming musical performance on Saturday's SNL, the "Hands to Myself" songstress hit the town in the Big Apple Wednesday night to grab some grub at New York City's acclaimed Nobu. Clad in light-wash flared jeans, a cream turtleneck and beige duster coat, the brunette beauty didn't dine alone.
She was spotted on her way to the city hotspot alongside buddy-or-beau Samuel Krost, though the duo kept their heads down while surrounded by photographers.
This is certainly not the first time Krost has been in Gomez's picture. Just days ago, the performer and NYU graduate held hands as they left the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills on what looked like a date night. Gomez stunned in a curve-hugging spaghetti strap little black dress as she held on to him.
Romance rumors initially sparked between the two nearly three months ago when the pop star cozied up to the dark-haired hunk by taking a seat on his lap mid-meal inside the esteemed Cipriani's. Photographers caught them holding hands and laughing with each other as they enjoyed dinner with their mutual friend, model Cully Smoller.
Well, it seems history is repeating itself. Smoller joined the pair once again this time around, which begs the question—could they really just be friends?
Though the flirting is visually palpable, Gomez hasn't addressed the rumors of a romance. In fact, she refers to Krost as one of her "boys."
"Nothing makes my heart happier -my boys. For life," she captioned an Instagram shot of Krost laughing in a group of five guys.
Still, Krost seems to be everywhere Gomez goes. In a photo shared on his Instagram account, he photographed a handful of his pals beach side and—sure enough—Gomez was also in the shot.
Despite all the signs, the singer is saying no.
When E! News got a chance to catch up with Gomez on the red carpet in November, she said she's dating "a little bit, but no I'm definitely single."
All these photos are worth a thousand words—but is "single" one of them? You decide.
