A new season of Survivor is nearly upon us, and that means one thing: It's time to meet the new castaways.

When the long-running CBS reality series returns for season 32 (!) on Feb. 17, it will be with 18 new faces and a return to the Brains vs. Brawn vs. Beauty theme last used in season 28, Survivor: Cagayan. The three tribes of six will test whether there is any truth to the idea that the certain characteristics they pssess will lead to a million dollar win.

Like last season, Survivor: Kaoh Rong (the official subtitle for season 32) was filmed in Cambodia. With harsh conditions and relentless weather, the location led to what CBS is calling one "of the most physically grueling seasons in the show's history." Sounds like fun!

Without further ado, let's meet this season's contestants.

CBS

Chan Loh Tribe - Brains

The high IQ-ers hoping they can outwit the other castaways long enough to see their name on a check are (clockwise, from left): Peter Baggenstos, a 34-year-old ER doctor from Minneapolis; Neal Gottlieb, a 37-year-old ice cream entrepreneur from Sausalito, Calif.; Debbie Wanner, a 49-year-old chemist from Reading, Pa.; Elisabeth Markham, a 27-year-old quantitative specialist from Brooklyn; Joseph Del Campo, a 72-year-old former FBI agent from Vero Beach, Fla.; and Aubry Braco, a 29-year-old social media specialist from Cambridge, Mass.

CBS

Gondol Tribe - Beauty

The castaways hoping their good looks are worth a million bucks are (clockwise, from left): Tai Trang, a 51-year-old gardener from San Francisco; Nick Maiorano, a 30-year-old personal trainer from Redondo Beach, Calif.; Anna Khait, a 26-year-old pro poker player from Brooklyn; Caleb Reynolds, a 28-year-old army vet from Hopkinsville, Ky. who also happens to be a former Big Brother season 16 contestant; Julia Sokolowski, a 19-year-old college student from Boston; and Michele Fitzgerald, a 24-year-old bartender from Freehold, N.J.

CBS

To Tang Tribe - Brawn

And lastly, the castaways hoping to muscle their way into a million bucks are (clockwise, from left): Kyle Jason, a 31-year-old bounty hunter from Detroit; Darnell Hamilton, a 27-year-old postal worker from Chicago; Jennifer Lanzetti, a 38-year-old contractor from Salt Lake City; Cydney Gillon, a 23-year-old body builder from Douglasville, Ga.; Scot Pollard, a 40-year-old former NBA champ from Carmel, Ind.; and Alecia Holden, a 24-year-old real estate agent from Dallas.
