Good fences make good neighbors, as the saying goes.
But as the first trailer from Universal Pictures' comedy Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising quickly proves, no fence is strong enough to keep Kappa Kappa Nu's Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) from taking down the neighborhood. In the sequel to Neighbors, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne reprise their roles as Mac Radner and Kelly Radner, respectively. When a sorority moves in next door, the two enlist the help of Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron), who terrorized them in the first film along with his fraternity brothers. Returning cast members include Ike Barinholtz as Jimmy Blevins, Dave Franco as Pete Regazolli and Carla Gallo as Paula Faldt, while newcomers include Kiersey Clemons as Beth, Selena Gomez as Madison and Lisa Kudrow as Dean Carol Gladstone. TruTV's Billy Eichner and Vine star Cameron Dallas also appear in unspecified roles.
The Radners may have met their match. "With the sorority girls, it's like a glimpse into their daughter's future," Byrne tells Entertainment Weekly. "It terrifies them."
