These two totally belong together!

It may be hard to believe that Jaime King's second child is already six months old. What isn't shocking is the simple fact that godmother Taylor Swift was more than ready to celebrate his half birthday over the long holiday weekend.

In two Instagrams posted Saturday evening, the "Shake It Off" singer shared new photos of baby Leo Thames who has already grown into a handsome young baby.

"LT is 6 months old today!! @jaime_king," Taylor shared on social media. "Pretty wild that 6 months ago, LT wasn't even born yet and now he chews on my fingers."

It also feels like yesterday when the Grammy nominee was meeting Leo for the very first time. Back in July, Taylor shared a memory from the moment she first laid eyes on her godson.

"Your little hands' wrapped around my finger and it's so quiet in the world tonight," she wrote while holding hands with the sleeping newborn and quoting lyrics from her single "Never Grow Up."

For a long time, Jaime knew that she wanted Taylor to be one of her child's godparents. After all, she was looking for a "very good person" and "role model."

"I always thought if I were to have another child that she would be the ideal godmother because the way she not only treats me but the way she treats other human beings," Jaime told E! News' Marc Malkin at the premiere of Dior and I. "She's so loving and so giving and so generous and she does everything from her heart and she's incredibly brave and authentic. It's a very rare thing to come across."

And while Jaime is receiving plenty of love and support from her close friends and family, it's also those close to her on set who have been more than helpful.

"I am so blessed to raise my babies on set with me, surrounded by creativity, loving and those that teach and share with them freedom of expression and that they are perfect in their authenticity," she wrote on Instagram Saturday.

Safe to say baby Leo is in very good hands.
