Now that Rob Kardashian is kicking his health into gear, it's not the time to "treat yoself."

The reclusive Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was diagnosed with diabetes and has since been said to be working on his diet and fitness. But an Instagram post late Thursday revealed that Rob is handling his diet about as well as we all do—pretty terribly. He shared a hilarious meme of grinning brother-in-law Kanye West lounging in a bathtub covered in doughnuts.

(Yes, Kanye is really smiling.)

"Mood lol," Rob captioned the meme, adding in two emojis looking longingly into the eyes of what they can't have.

We see you and we feel you, Rob.

Even though he hasn't made a public appearance in quite some time, his mom Kris Jenner told Maria Shriver in an interview for her Architects of Change conversation series Thursday evening that he "hasn't been felling well," which is why he hasn't been seen on the E! reality TV show.

"I think it was just the perfect time to take a hiatus," Kris told the journalist and activist. He was depressed and wasn't feeling good and didn't know why."

Even though he doesn't go out much, Kris explained that he still sees his family all the time and loves working on his businesses including his sock line, Arthur George. She and his siblings see him all the time. Although the momager said filming for season 12 started Wednesday without Rob, Kris revealed, "He wants to come back and do the show when he's feeling better."

Kris also answered a question that many people have been wondering about since her rapper son-in-law made the comment—Will Kanye run for president in 2020?

"I'm not going to answer for him because with him anything is possible," Kris told Maria.

We'll just have to wait and see come 2020!
