Grubstreet.com notes, cocoa plants have had a shabby run as of late thanks to unfortunate situations like Ebola and El Niño, to name a few factors. Because of the poopy plant situation, prices had to increase. Some are worried, according to the article, the prices will keep rising as demand increases. To that we say, worry no more. Chocolate for V-Day is so blah anyway, right? You don't see any of your favorite celebs giving their boo's chocolate, do you? No. You don't. That's because they're too busy buying these lavish gifts instead. We say screw chocolate. Take a hint from these spendy celebs and spice up your Valentine's Day gift-giving game. Or at least, join us in crying over all the amazing V-Day gifts you'll never be able to afford to give someone ever. Enjoy!

Would you expect anything less from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie? According to Shape, Angie gifted her hubby with an old olive tree for V-Day 2010. The tree symbolizes some super romantic qualities like peace, longevity and stability, the article notes. What's the price tag for a little peace tree? Oh, just $20,000.

Who knew Howard Stern was such a romantic? Shape also notes he proposed to his wife Beth Ostrosky on Valentine's Day 2007 with a massive rock. Seriously you guys, the rings rumored price is $250,000. Could you imagine walking around with that much cash on your ring finger!? Loves it.

In 2009, Cosmo says Jay-Z blessed Beyonce with a $24,000 platinum cell phone. Sure it's not a ring or a yacht, but the fact that anyone would spend $24,000 on us for Valentine's Day is a gift in and of itself! Swoon.

If an $8 million Bulgari necklace doesn't scream "Happy Valentine's Day," nothing will. Cosmo also says David Beckham killed it in 2006 when he gifted Victoria Beckham with said jewelry.

Too cute! John Mayer shelled out $5,000 for a 20-carat gold heart-shaped ruby ring for none other than Katy Perry. Um, hai, can we have one too?

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum are probably the cutest couple alive right now so of course their V-day gift would be too. According to TheRichest.com, Sienna Miller recommended to Channing that he buy his wife jewelry from famous designer Neil Lane. Since then he has been doing exactly that. Just in case you aren't familiar, it's possible to spend upwards of $100,000 on items there. Jenna, you've got a keeper, but you already knew that!

If you had to pick one of these dream V-Day gifts, which one would it be? Tell us in the comments!
