To say Hillary Clinton has a busy schedule would be more than an understatement.

Between traveling across the country and running for President of the United States, the democratic frontrunner has more than a few things on her to-do list.

But when sitting down with Amanda de Cadenet for a candid conversation on Lifetime, the 68-year-old opened up about finding time for date night with husband and former president Bill Clinton.

While they used to enjoy a movie and dinner in the past, free time these days usually consist of trips to New York to spend time with their granddaughter Charlotte.

"I am very anchored in the moment with Charlotte," she shared during Wednesday night's telecast. "She is learning something every second."

She continued, "You are so focused on enjoying and marveling and loving to the nth degree."

Amanda also asked the former Secretary of State about the difference in being a mom versus a grandparent. As you can imagine, both are rewarding for their own special reasons.

"When you are a mom, you are so focused on all the daily demands and also planning on the simple, when is dance class, all of the logistics," Hillary explained. "When you are a grandparent, you are so lucky to be a part of this child's life and upbringing."

Lucky for Hillary, Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky are pregnant with baby No. 2. And yes, everyone is more than thrilled.

"Your dad and I could not be happier for you, Marc and Charlotte," she tweeted at the time of the announcement. "We're so excited to meet our second grandchild!"
