Yes, the adorable little royal is set to inherit the mini Aston Martin V8 Volante from Prince William, who was originally gifted it from his brother, Prince Harry, in 1988.
Since Prince George has found such a love for vehicles and driving around in his toy tractor while playing at home, Prince William decided it's time to give his son an upgrade.
The Sunday Express reports that the Duke of Cambridge took the mini sports car out of the Sandringham Museum on the Queen's estate in Norfolk in order to have it renovated.
"The car has been in the Sandringham museum for many years after William and Harry outgrew it," a source at the Sandringham told the publication. "But it's always belonged to them so there was nothing to stop them using it again. Everyone is looking forward to seeing George drive it. I should think he'll be in the car within a year."
We can only hope there will be photos of him dressed like James Bond to go along with it!
Meanwhile, it's already been a big start to 2016 for little George. The royal tot started nursery school at Westacre Montessori School in Norfolk last week, looking adorable as ever bundled up in a navy blue coat and baby blue backpack as he headed into school.
George will only attend classes when his family resides at their Norfolk home, as it is just 10 miles away from Amner Hall on the Sandringham Estate. However, he won't be enrolled when his family stays at Kensington Palace in London.
Both William and his younger brother Harry attended Montessori nurseries, too.
