Watch: Globes Winner Rachel Bloom Ready to Join Illuminati?!

Rachel Bloom is going to use her Golden Globe powers for good. Her own good. The Crazy Ex-Girlfriend star beat out a bevy of Hollywood heavy hitters, including Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jamie Lee Curtis and Lily Tomlin, to take home the award for her CW series and she's going to use her new prize to meet famous people. What else would she use it for?

"I'm going to go up to anyone famous tonight and just be like, ‘Hello,'" she told E! News Will Marfuggi at HBO's Golden Globes party. No. 1 on that list? Louis-Dreyfus.

Bloom, 28, took photos licking her new Golden Globe. So what does it taste like? "It tastes like winning and power and the Illuminati," she joked. And guess what? She's now part of the Illuminati.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so excited to join the Illuminati," she told us. "I can't wait to organize the bake sale. So psyched!"

During her acceptance speech, Bloom recounted the long journey it took for her show to make it to air. Originally a Showtime pilot, it was passed on and then shopped around. Six networks passed on it before The CW came calling. But there were no tears on that stage. "I'm not really a crier, I was close to crying," she said. "It was like my body wanted to sob, but my eyes didn't want to ‘cause they were like, ‘You're going to ruin your false eyelashes.'"

In addition to using her Golden Globe to meet new celebrity pals, Bloom said there are a couple of ex-boyfriends with whom she'd like to rub it in their faces. "But also, maybe I'll go destroy their cars with this. This is a perfect device to smash an a--hole's windshield…You could actually kill someone with this," she joked.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend returns for new episodes on Monday, Jan. 25 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
