When it comes to staying motivated with their fitness regimen, some celebs, such as Khloe Kardashian, have figured out an easy and increasingly popular method.

Trainer Jorge Cruise, author of several diet books, including the new vegan diet and fitness program book Tiny and Full, recently gave E! News some tips to help people get—and maintain—a fab figure. One of them is to post workout selfies. Such pics, which are growing in popularity, have been posted by Kardashian, Chris Pratt and many other famous and not famous people. While they have often been dubbed vanity photos, they actually have a positive effect on a person's fitness.

"You can use your social media—you can use your Instagram—to stay motivated," Cruise said.

Another valuable tip: Grab a workout buddy. Cruise noted how Cameron Diaz has gone hiking with her sister-in-law, Nicole Richie.

"You can hit a hike, you can do a walk, and the best thing is research has shown it will double your performance," he said.

Another method to getting that fab figure could burn up to 300 calories and doesn't involve moving at all...but may get tiring. Watch the video to find out what it is.
