Kourtney Kardashian was feeling under the weather and had a little pajama party at home, but that didn't stop her from getting a New Year's kiss. She posted a photo on her Instagram of herself cuddling and smooching her 1-year-old son Reign Disick.
Kim and Khloe Kardashian were also there to celebrate with their sister, while Kourtney's ex Scott Disick brought in the new year by hosting a big bash at 1OAK in Vegas.
Speaking of Vegas, Taylor Swift watched boyfriend Calvin Harris DJ in 2016 at OMNIA nightclub outside Caesar's Palace with Orange is the New Black star Ruby Rose at her side. Rose must have had a good time with the "Out of the Woods" singer because she called Swift her new "gateway" drug. Taylor's brother Austin Swift and the HAIM sisters were also there to celebrate the new year.
Ryan Phillippe and his new fiancée, Paulina Slagter, partied it up in Miami at Watson Island's Five Star New Years Eve event. Slagter wasn't shy about flashing her brand new gorgeous accessory that adorned her ring finger.
Gwen Stefani's pre-taped performance of her hit song "Used to Love You" brought in 2016 right at midnight on New Year's Eve With Carson Daly. Blake Shelton's main squeeze wore a glittering, see-through pink gown with a simple messy bun and her signature red lips.
Also rocking in 2016 was One Direction, who taped a performance for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. The group sang "Perfect," "Drag Me Down," and "History" for a room of screaming fans, who might have witnessed 1D's last show, at least for a long time.
Meanwhile, Hailey Baldwin kept the rumor mill churning after posting the above photo of herself cozying up to Justin Bieber. She captioned the pic of herself hugging and kissing the "What Do You Mean" singer from behind with a simple "New Years."
Demi Lovato rocked the stage at the Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve with Ryan Seacrest concert at New York City's Times Square for the big ball drop. In the audience? Her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, who posted a sweet selfie of himself watching his girlfriend perform in front of millions of people.
"Watching one of the best vocalist in music.. And my little angel," the 35-year-old actor wrote.
Teresa Giudice kept her first New Year's Eve out of prison a family affair. The 43-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star said goodbye to 2015 with co-star and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and friends Robyn Levy and Christna Flores.
"I had such a great time with you ladies tonight," wrote Levy. "Lots of Love to you and to a Wonderful & prosperous 2016."
New Year's Eve was also a big date night for Hollywood's hottest couples. Lady Gaga posed cheek to cheek with Taylor Kinney in a photo message to her fans.
"Thank you to our fans and loved ones who bless us with so much each year," she wrote. "We had a beautiful holiday and are so grateful because it wouldn't have been the same without you in our lives! Happy New Year's Eve."
An expectant Chrissy Teigen got all dolled up with hubby John Legend for their New Year's Eve festivities, while Carrie Underwood reminisced about the anniversary of her first date and her first kiss with husband Mike Fisher.
"Our lives were forever changed from that night on. I wouldn't change a thing! I love you baby!" she gushed in the caption.
