Blake Lively posted on her Instagram page on New Year's Eve 2015 a curious photo indeed. She appears with her hair wet and standing on one foot, similar to the Arabesque ballet position, on a rock in the ocean while showing off her trim figure while sporting the top half of a wet suit, string bikini bottoms, complete with fake blood trickling down her raised leg.
"No, I wasn't actually attacked by a shark. That definitely would've affected my 2015 ...and my balance #TheShallows #Movie #BehindTheScenes P.S. How rad did I feel for not falling off the rock for this pic..." the 28-year-old former Gossip Girl star and mother of one wrote.
In The Shallows, Lively plays a woman who gets stranded alone on a buoy in the ocean...while a Great White shark circles the waters around her.
