E!Scott Disick just broke down in tears and made a shocking confession on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
On Sunday's part two of KUWTK in St. Barts, the Kardashian's enjoyed their last days of vacation, but things took a very emotional turn when the Kardashians arrived back home in Los Angeles.
While Kris Jenner was having a business meeting with Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kim Kadashian, Scott walked into Kris' house. The surprise visit then turned into a sit-down conversation between Scott and the Kardashians and Kourtney's ex got very emotional.
During his apology to the women Scott confessed, "If I didn't have those kids I would kill myself."

1. Kourtney Says She "Feels Ugly" During Meal in St. Barts:
Kourtney is eating with Khloe, Kris and Kim in St. Barts when she admits that she's not feeling her best.
"I'm just like feeling kind of ugly," Kourtney says. "I need to start exercises on my stomach. I want to get that Pilates Cadillac."
Kourtney then starts talking about her ex, saying that Scott told her he was landing in Mexico.
Kris says that she's going to call Scott but Kourtney shuts her down, "No, no! no."
2. Kendall Gets Mad When She Can't Go Fly Diving With Kylie Jenner:
Kendall Jenner is already annoyed that Tyga is on the family trip to St. Barts, but the tension gets even worse when Kylie Jenner goes Fly Diving with Tyga. Kendall wanted to go Fly Diving with Kylie, but Kylie ends up taking too long with Tyga and Kendall ends up not being able to go.
Kendall tells Khloe, "It's so annoying because I literally waited for Kylie for 30 minutes to do the fly thing."
"And what happened?" Khloe asks.
"She just took too long with T and we couldn't do it," Kendall says. "Which is so annoying. It's just so annoying because I planned to do it with her."
Kendall then goes on to say, "It's kind of annoying because I was really looking forward to being with Kylie on this trip and it's not even about Tyga it's more that I just I know she'll kind of be taken away from me."
3. Kourtney Says She's "Not a Dating Person" While Talking to Kris:
Kris tries to encourage Kourtney to get back in the dating game, but Kourtney isn't feeling it.
"I'm just telling you to keep an open mind," Kris says. "It would be kinda cool if you ever went on a date."
"I am like not a dating person," Kourtney says.
When asked if she thinks Scott is "the one" Kourtney says, "I don't know... I did."
4. Kylie Says Kendall Is ''So F--king Annoying'' During Conversation With Kris:
Kylie gets upset when Kris tells her to "spend a little bit of time with Kendall" on the trip.
"Why?" Kylie asks Kris.
"Because she misses you," Kris says. "She misses your relationship and she's been on the road. Like, just for a minute."
"She's so f--king annoying," Kylie says.
Kylie goes on to say, "I used to always have Kendall by my side and now she's always gone and I feel like T and I just grew a great relationship and now he's... it's more like my comfort zone I just love having him around."
Kylie then walks out of the room as Kendall walks in.
Kris, Kendall and Tyga then start talking about Kylie's behavior, not knowing that she's sitting in the next room and can hear everything they're saying. Whoops!
5. Kourtney Strips Down For a Photo Shoot:
Kendall sets Kourtney up with a photographer in St. Barts for a sexy shoot.
Kourtney strips down to her bikini and flaunts her amazing figure for the camera, proving she has one of the best breakover bodies ever!
6. Kendall and Kylie Make Up:
Kylie decides to talk to Kendall and make peace.
"I was thinking about you all day," Kylie says to Kendall.
"No you weren't there's no way," Kendall replies.
"Yes I was," Kylie says.
"You know I was really looking forward to this trip to just hang out with you," Kendall says. "I was a little sad to see T here, not that I don't love him."
"That's kinda mean," Kylie says.
"That's not mean at all I just said 'not that I don't love him,'" Kendall explains. "It's actually really nice you should like it that I want to spend time with you. So why'd you bring him?"
"Because I want him here," Kylie says. "I wasn't aware that you wanted to hang out with me. Maybe if you called me and said I want..."
"I think that's the point of a family trip," Kendall says.
"I have a lot of people to please, I have a lot of people who love me you know? In life," Kylie jokes.
"You're just so wanted?" Kendall laughs.
"I'm really wanted," Kylie says. "No I'm just kidding but yeah then we should have sister time."
Kylie goes on to say, "I feel bad that Kendall's hurt because I really didn't mean for it to be that way. Kendall always has so much going on in her life and she's all over the place and I'm always with T so I didn't even think about it when I invited him. I'm gonna make an effort to hang out with her."
Kylie then apologizes, "I'm sorry Kendall."
Kendall then tells her, "You know whenever you can fit me in your schedule."
"I got ya, I got you," Kylie tells Kendall.
The sisters then hug and all is well! They even say "I love you" to each other.
7. Kourtney Gets Hit on in St. Barts:
Kourtney is having dinner with Kris and Kim when a man approaches their table.
"I've just been sitting here for 20 minutes and, uh, I find you very beautiful," he says to Kourtney.
"Oh thank you," Kourtney says.
"What's your name?" Kris asks.
"I'm Rudolfo," he replies.
Kourtney then shakes his hand and he says that he's "sorry to interrupt" their dinner.
"If you're gonna say that, you can interrupt anytime," Kris tells him.
He then wishes them a "good evening" and leaves the table.
"Is this like a set up thing?" Kourtney asks Kris once he leaves.
"No," Kris tells her. "You're beautiful, why would you think that?"
Kim then tells Kourtney she can "have a fling" and that she'll "watch the kids."
"I wouldn't even know like what to do on a fling," Kourtney says.
8. Kourtney Says Khloe's Butt is Her Motivation:
Kourtney and Khloe are working out with a trainer in the pool when Khloe's bathing suit starts riding up her butt.
"My whole ass is... this is up my butt," Khloe says. "Kourt your my motivation for this."
"Your butt is my motivation," Kourtney tells her.
"Listen, Kourtney can't be the only hot girl here," Khloe says.
Khloe then calls Kourtney a hot, sexy MILF.
"Kourt when you look that hot, you're gonna rise to the top girl," Khloe says.
9. Scott Makes a Shocking Confession:
Kourtney, Kim and Khloe are at Kris' house having a meeting about possibly opening a restaurant when Scott walks in the front door.
"I'm shocked," Khloe says. "I haven't seen Scott since before he was caught with some whorebag."
Scott says that he wants to talk with Kourtney, Khloe, Kim and Kris so they all sit down together.
In the video above Scott breaks down in tears while apologizing to the women.
"I understand that I need to help myself way before I can help her or my kids or whatever," Scott says. "But it's just been a really hard time going from like having all of you guys to having nobody, you know? But I'm like living in a house by myself you know I want to pick up the phone and call my mom and dad and be like, 'Tell me how the hell on your side do I like figure this out? Should I go somewhere? Should I do something?'"
Scott goes on to say, "It's just not as easy as you think when you have addiction issues and like I'm just so ashamed that like I publicly embarrassed all of you. You guys really did so much for me for so many years and it's just... it kills me to the point where I feel like I can't make it up."
Kris tells Scott, "People are human and they make mistakes and we've all been through enough s--t that I don't think anybody sitting here today is worried about the perception of being embarrassed and I never want you to feel abandon. I mean I can't imagine what that feels like, but I never want you to feel that way."
Kris then goes on to say, "But when you are on this downward spiral we want to make... it's like I was very conflicted because I want to make sure you're OK too. You're the father of my grandchildren, we love you, you just don't turn love off like a switch."
Scott tells the women, "I didn't want everybody to just think that I had no care in the world and I just floated around town and did whatever I wanted to do. You know how many times I've wanted to come over and sit with you and just explain and go through all of the reasons of how I've got here. I've never been this unhappy in my life, you know?"
Scott then confesses, "It's like, it's just terrible but like if I didn't have those kids I would kill myself. But I have them and I'm gonna be here and I'm gonna make it right for them. You know I just hope somehow, not that I'm religious but God could give me a chance or us a chance at this or something because like I just know that I'll never have the happiness that I would have otherwise and it's been nice having you guys in my life for so long so it's weird to lose that many people that quick you know?"
Kris tells Scott, "We all love you very much and you can say that you know it breaks my heart to see her in pain."
"Me too," Scott says.
"It's one of the hardest things you can go through as a mom to see your kid you know struggling and all that we ever wanted for you guys was for you to be happy. But you have to make the decision that what you want is to be a partner and a dad and involved and present and committed and you fight for what you want and you need and you love and you show somebody."
Khloe then tells Scott, "Whether you and Kourt are together or not I still care about you and I want the best for you."
Kim adds, "We all do."
"What you did was f--ked up," Khloe continues. "But I appreciate you saying something because I was really disappointed in you. I think what Kourtney wants to see most out of you is action, she might not be as vulnerable and to say it as I am but Kourtney wants to see that you have faith in your own self so she can believe in you that much stronger."
Kim tells Scott, "But I don't think it's also healthy for Kourtney and I think she knows this to spend so much energy always helping you when all you do is like s--t on her so I think that's why she kinda pulled back."
Kourtney then says, "And I want someone who also helps me, not just that I'm helping."
Scott tells Kourtney, "I want to help you, I agree you need somebody that you can stand on."
Kourtney goes on to say, "I think Scott always means it when he says that he wants to make a change I just think he really doesn't know how to get there."
Scott then admits, "I want to be able to be the man that you've always wanted. I could party I could go out every night I could do whatever, it's not the life that I really want. I know what I want and I may not get it but I know that I would literally hate myself for the rest of my life if I didn't at least try and I realize that if I don't make a change now like it'll never be able to be OK and it may not be but I'm damn well gonna try and I wanted you guys to know that and I wanted to see you guys and I just love you all and miss you guys so much you know?"
Khloe, Kris and Kim tell Scott, "We love you too."
He then tells them "thank you" and leaves.
