InstagramThe holidays are meant to be spent with family and tons of food, but that hasn't stopped Kourtney Kardashian from hitting the gym. In fact, it might motivate her further.
Kourtney, 36, Instagrammed a gym selfie Tuesday that proves she is in the best shape of her life. Three kids and a break up later, Kourtney has never looked better! In the snap Kourtney is wearing a halter-style sports bra and black spandex that reveal her toned abs and tiny waist. "Gym selfie.," she captioned it.
She has been sharing gym selfies more frequently over the past year, even convincing Kylie Jenner to join her on her fitness journey. Although giving birth to third child Reign Disick might have been the initial motivation to kick her workouts into high gear, her breakup with Scott Disick also might have something to do with it. There's nothing like a breakup to embark on a breakover.
Scott, on the other hand, has been busy trying to right his wrongs. He first entered rehab in October, seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. Then, in early December, he was spotted Christmas tree shopping with Caitlyn Jenner.
Although Scott and Caitlyn hadn't been together in a while, a source told E! News of the trip that these two have maintained a close bond for some time. "When Scott's parents were sick, Bruce was there for him and offered support. It meant a lot to Scott. For the most part, they had a good relationship."
The insider added, "Scott's been very supportive of Caitlyn and vice-versa. When it comes to Scott getting his life together, Caitlyn is in his corner.
But now Scott is trying to prove that he can be a great dad, spending time with Reign, Penelope Disick and Mason Disick whenever possible. Early Tuesday morning the father-of-three shared an adorable photo of a sleeping Penelope and captioned it, "Dream girl."
