E! News learns that the Barbados beauty had herself quite a party last night that didn't end up coming to a close until early this morning! The singer was spotted arriving at one of her favorite restaurants, Giorgio Baldi, in Santa Monica, Calif., Thursday evening wearing a long spaghetti-strap red dress with an oversize black jacket and Sunday Somewhere Pietro sunglasses (because RiRi wears her stunna glasses at night).
Rihanna and her mother met up with more family members and friends for a karaoke party that the singer held in a private room at the venue.
"Rihanna arrived at 9 p.m. with her mom. She didn't rent out the restaurant but had a private room with about 20 people including her manager, niece, and best friend," an insider tells E! News.
"There weren't any other famous faces recognized. They set up karaoke in the private room and many of her friends sang but Rihanna dominated, anyone in the area would have thought they were getting a private concert. It was like a private concert."
The source adds that Rihanna made sure to perform her hits "Diamonds" and "Let Me Love You," and mentions that "the waiters were seen refreshing wine all night. They left at 3 a.m."
