The world is their runway...even at a funeral. Seriously, we are SO obsessed with Pretty Little Liars' new season six poster, which E! News can exclusively reveal. The brand-new artwork features the five Liars—Aria (Lucy Hale), Spencer (Troian Bellsario), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Alison (Sasha Pieterse)—carrying a casket while looking ridiculously glam, sunglasses and chic black outfits and all.
"Are you strong enough to carry your secrets"? the poster asks, making the wait for the Jan. 12 premiere that much more excruciating.
Plus, we've also give five exclusive new, never-before-seen photos from the season six photoshoot—one for each of our favorite leading ladies—showing off the ABC Family (soon-to-be Freeform) hit's mature new look to go along with its highly anticipated five-year time-jump. In a fun "flock to unlock" campaign, PLL fans were able to unveil the new poster by tweeting #PLLposter as many times as they possibly could. Just how fast was the new artwork unlocked? Well, #PLLPoster became the No. 1 worldwide trending topic on Twitter faster than you can say "Charlotte DiLaurentis is 'A.'" Talk about the power of fandom!
In addition to a more adult look and tone (as well as some major relationship shake-ups), fans can also look forward to seeing a new opening credits sequence, which now features all five of the Liars doing the iconic "Shh!" pose.
Pretty Little Liars returns on Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 8 p.m. on Freeform, the new name of ABC Family.
