"Dude, where is your shirt?"
Those are four words that should never be uttered to a hot man on live television. But given the circumstances, we're going to let it slide just this once.
That's because the hot, shirtless man in question totally crashed a Chicago weather report, leaving the reporter slightly flabbergasted—to hilarious effect. It all went down last night in Chicago, where they are currently experiencing a bit of a weather phenomenon: A warm spell combined with torrential downpours. As such, local CW-affiliate WGN TV decided to send the intrepid Tahman Bradley out to North Avenue Beach to investigate. And investigate he did.
Bradley and his team discovered Ethan Renoe, a young guy out for an evening run. And that's not all—Ethan is hot and shirtless; a real double whammy. The reporter was naturally very surprised to find such a specimen out in the wild, and demanded to know what was going on.
"It's a great day for a run," exclaimed the visibly jazzed Ethan. "And it's too wet to wear a shirt, ya know?"
We do know, Ethan.
The hot, shirtless man went on to explain that not only does he think that the current warming trend is "awesome" because he "loves running in the rain," but he's also single! It's just something that Ethan thinks the people of America should be aware of. WGN TV: Chicago's best matchmaker?

As you can imagine, the country is really into Ethan. The channel's original interview with the runner has been viewed over 1.8 million times on Facebook. Never a station to turn down a good opportunity, they decided to have Ethan back on the show this morning to really dig deep into his psyche...and his singleness.
Appropriately titled "Ethan the Shirtless Wonder Is Looking for Love," today's follow-up segment included some feedback from his adoring public, with comments like "He doesn't need a shirt, that would be silly" and "Well done my friend, well freaking done." And, of course, they had to give good ol' Ethan another shot at stepping in front of the camera.
Disappointingly, this appearance was not shirtless, although his highly-adored beard did come along for the ride. The newly-minted star told the morning show's hosts that he is just as flabbergasted by his viral-ness as everybody else. "It's really been crazy," he said. "I have about 900 friend requests right now that I have to sort through." And, for the record, he's also getting used to all the questions about his decidedly hot bod. "It's not easy, I guess, being objectified the way we are," he cautioned in what we can be rest assured was a very sarcastic tone.
Finally, Ethan also dropped a major truth bomb on all the ladies of Illinois: He doesn't actually live in Chicago. He's from Colorado, and was only in town for the beautiful running weather (or something). That said, he doesn't want the news to stop anybody from reaching out to him for love! He has a blog (EthanRenoe.com), where he waxes poetic about topics like "Why I'm a D-Bag at the Gym" and "Tuesday Morning, 2:59 a.m," as well as a Twitter page, which he seemingly has used only once in the past year (to remind people to tune into his next talk show appearance of course).
So there you have it. Will this weather report be Ethan's big break? Will you fall in love with Ethan? Will we all collectively wake up tomorrow and forget that Ethan even exists?
These are questions that only the Universe—and Ethan's pecs—know the answer to.
