Ouch, not again!

Demi Lovato took a tumble while performing at the iHeartRadio Z100 Jingle Ball in Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday.

The 23-year-old had just closed out her set with her hit "Cool for the Summer" when she appeared to trip over her mic stand. A livestream of the concert was posted on iHeartRadio's website and while the video did not show the fall itself, it did show the singer on her back, with her arms and legs flailing as a crew member picked up the stand. She immediately got up on her knees and fist-pumped the air.

"Guys don't you get it by now?" she said on Twitter. "Only cool kids fall on stage..."

Lovato has fallen onstage at concerts before, such as at a gig promoting "Cool for the Summer" in July.

Other performers at the Jingle Ball, part of a concert tour, included Selena Gomez, who rocked three sexy outfits, her past collaborate ZeddFetty Wap and Fifth Harmony.
