The truth set Amy Poehler and Jimmy Fallon free Wednesday night.

The Sisters actress and The Tonight Show host played a revealing game of "Truth or Truth" on the NBC late-night show, in which each participant asked the other to answer a question, well, truthfully. Before they put each other in the hot seat, Fallon told his former Saturday Night Live colleague, "Now, Amy, I consider you a very honest person. We're both honest people. I want to know who's more honest...You're up first, Amsters. What's it going to be: truth or truth?"

After a dramatic pause, Poehler replied, "Truth."

"What's your biggest fear?" Fallon asked.

"Easy," the Parks and Recreation star said. "Being mistaken for J. Lo. And then being asked to dance, and dancing better than J. Lo, and J. Lo being angry. I don't want J. Lo to be angry at me. That's my biggest fear. Jimmy, now it's your turn…I think. Is this how this works? Truth or truth?"

Fallon, of course, picked "truth."

"Where is someplace you've never had sex?" Poehler asked.

"In my 20s," Fallon replied.

Fallon then asked Poehler what her real voice sounds like, which forced her to stop using an American accent. "What do you mean? Do you mean when I am speaking my native tongue? Do you mean when I speak to my relatives, or my people I love?" she asked. The comedian said she sounded a bit like Sofia Vergara, causing her to spit. "We're very different," Poehler told Fallon.

"Jimmy, it's your turn," the actress said, feigning seriousness. "And, I mean, I've enjoyed this game so far, but I'd like you to tell the truth. Truth or truth: What's in your pocket right now?" Fallon replied, "A CD case of Bon Jovi's 2005 album Have a Nice Day, but inside is Green Day's Dookie CD. Want me to prove it? Check this out, man. Hey! Bang! That' Dookie right there."

Lo and behold, Fallon was telling the truth.

"Last one, Poehler: Truth or truth—or truth?" Fallon asked.

"I'm too old for dares," she said. "I'm too smart for dares. I'm too quick—"

"Don't read your lower back tattoo," Fallon joked.

Poehler first burst into laughter, then riffed off his joke. "You're right. I shouldn't be saying my tattoo; I should live it. You're right. I just, I love it. I love that tattoo. OK! Truth," the actress said.

"What's your Gmail password?" Fallon asked.
