Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas' marriage is really over.

E! News has obtained the divorce judgment filed on December 4 in Los Angeles Superior Court finalizing the divorce between Banderas, 55, and Griffith, 58. The marriage will officially be terminated on Dec. 20.

Per court documents, Griffith gets their house in Aspen, Colo., and half of all profits, royalties and residuals Banderas earned from 2004-2014. The former couple must also sell their marital home in Los Angeles and split the profits.

Banderas must also pay Griffin $65,000 per month in spousal support, per court documents. This equals out to $780,000 per year in spousal support until Griffin remarries or either party dies.

The duo initially announced their intent to divorce in June 2014, saying in a joint statement: ""We have thoughtfully and consensually decided to finalize our almost twenty years marriage in a loving and friendly manner honoring and respecting each other, our family and friends and the beautiful time we have spent together - Melanie & Antonio"

Fortunately, though, the split seems to be an amicable one. The exes reunited for their daughter Stella Banderas' graduation this summer, even posing for a series of happy family photos together.

This is the fourth divorce for Griffith. She married Don Johnson in 1976, then divorced six months later. She then married her She's in the Army Now co-star Steven Bauer in 1982. They were married for five years and had one son together, Alexander. Griffith later remarried Johnson in 1989 and had a daughter, Dakota Johnson, a few months later. The Fifty Shades of Grey star's parents called it quits for good in 1994.

This is the second divorce for Banderas, who was previously married to Ana Leza
