The star of E!'s Keeping Up With the Kardashians announced Saturday morning that she has given birth to her second child, a son, with husband Kanye West, 38. Her baby boy, whose name has not yet been revealed, joins big sister North West, 2. A statement posted to the 35-year-old reality star's website and app said "mother and son are doing well." No other details have been revealed. Shortly after Kim's announcement, however, E! News exclusively revealed that several of the new mom's family members—including mom Kris Jenner and sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian—were by her side at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.
After announcing her second pregnancy in June, Kim mostly dressed her baby bump in a neutral palette, sticking to cream, white, nude, black and gray tones. Unlike her first pregnancy in 2012 and 2013, Kim prioritized comfort above all else. "I'm definitely going to be more simple and I don't care if I wear the same thing over and over, as long as it fits and I am comfortable," she told StyleCaster after announcing her pregnancy in June. "I'm a little nervous! Kanye didn't help me last time. He helped me right after. He was like 'OK, I can't take this anymore. I'm gonna help you.'" In honor of her son's arrival, E! The mom-to-be modeled a white cape dress by Valentino. The look was compared to Solange's wedding dress (Humberto Leon for Kenzo) and Gwyneth Paltrow's 2012 Oscars gown (Tom Ford), but Kim made the look all her own, thanks to her burgeoning bump.
2. Daily Mail's Seriously Popular Yacht Party, June 24
Weeks after confirming she was expecting Baby No. 2, Kim dared to bare in a Laguna Beach look that accentuated her famous curves.
3. Hype Energy Launch, June 2
Though she was sick at the time, Kim didn't show it. Only she could pull off a nude pencil dress by Atsuko Kudo. The fashion label's "Linde" style retails for $338.53.
4. CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show and Tea, Oct. 20
In one of her more casual outings, the fashion icon dressed her new curves in a Woldford shirt, Altuzarra skirt, Tom Ford heels and a Juan Carlos Obando coat.
5. LACMA Art + Film Gala, Oct. 27
Kim embraced her curves and oozed confidence when she slipped on a black lace Givenchy jumpsuit. She completed her vampy look with a floor-length blazer, peep-toe heels and a diamond choker.
6. Cosmopolitan Magazine's 50th Birthday Celebration, Oct. 13
Kim and her family members wore all-black ensembles, with the exception of sister Kylie Jenner, who joked, "I didn't get the 'wear all black' email."
7. 2015 CFDA Fashion Awards, June 1
For her first red carpet appearance since revealing her pregnancy, Kim opted for a bold Proenza Schouler dress. The look was so hot that it caught fire—really! Thanks to Pharell Williams and his wife, Kim tweeted, "The feathers of my dress caught on fire & they jumped on me to get it out."
8. Givenchy New York Fashion Week, Sept. 11
For the fashion label's first-ever fashion show in New York City, Kim wore—what else?—Ricardo Tisci for Givenchy.
9. 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, Aug. 30
To support Kanye receiving the Video Vanguard award, Kim stepped out on the red carpet wearing a cleavage-baring lace-up Balmain dress that featured cargo pockets on her hips. She completed her look with Tom Ford heels.
10. Kanye West Yeezy Season 2 Show, Sept. 16
Kim is Kanye's muse, so it only makes sense that she'd wear one of her hubby's designs. The bodysuit accentuated her cleavage, while the coat gave her coverage.
