Well this sounds like a holly, jolly, royal Christmas!

With less than 24 days until the highly anticipated holiday arrives, Prince William started off the festivities with some singing for the season.

According to People, the proud dad to Prince George and Princess Charlotte traveled to Chelsea in London for a holiday evening concert of carols that helped benefit the Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund.

While Kate Middleton stayed home for the evening, Prince William was able to mingle with mother-in-law Carole Middleton and sister-in-law Pippa Middleton.

And while the Christmas playlist remains top-secret, we can only hope "Jingle Bells," "Frosty the Snowman" and even Mariah Carey's  "All I Want for Christmas Is You" was in the evening's playlist.

Fans of the royal family received an early Christmas present this past weekend when new pictures of Princess Charlotte were released by the palace.

In the pictures, taken by mama Kate herself, the six-month-old sported a floral dress from m&h that comes in at an affordable $32.

As plans for this year's celebrations also remain a secret, we can't forget last year's holiday that featured a then-pregnant Kate attending Christmas Day church service with Prince William and his extended family.

One person notably absent was baby Prince George who was a bit too young at attend mass at St. Mary Magdalene Church.

"I'm sorry we didn't bring George but you would have heard him in the church," Kate told onlookers outside the church.
