Since teasing her first-ever makeup foray back in August, we've been eagerly awaiting the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's Lip Kit. And now that the collection is (nearly) here, we've got plenty to discuss.
Much like the 18-year-old's signature beauty style, each lipstick shade is a velvety matte consistency in a dark or natural shade (it's basically the Kardashian-Jenner gals' calling card). The actual tints—dubbed Dolce K, Truly Brown K and Candy K—are really more a pinkish mauve, warm chocolate and dusty rose, respectively. And in true Kylie fashion, each liquid lip color comes with a perfectly matched lip liner, so users can imitate the star's full-lipped look without taking the #KylieJennerLipChallenge (which you already know was a total hazard).
And not unlike the social media queen herself, the star's lipstick collection has already acquired an astronomical Instagram following—we're talking upwards of 365,000 followers after only 24 hours live, people. Which may be an (oblivious) indication of what's to come when the Lip Kit becomes available on Kylie's website at 9 a.m. PST—an overwhelming sell-out (it is Cyber Monday, after all!).
Considering the teenage starlet's many retail ventures (Topshop, PacSun; the list goes on) coupled with her world-famous pout, the only thing that's shocking about this beauty stint is that it didn't happen sooner.
