The 26-year-old Nashville actress gave birth to her and her beau's first child, daughter Kaya, nearly one year ago. She checked into a treatment facility after battling postpartum depression "for a long time," E! News had learned in October.
She appeared to be in great spirits as she cheered for Klitschko, 39, at the fight, which took place in Germany on Saturday.
The actress also looked cute in a cream and black striped sweater, black and white plaid mini skirt, black stockings and black lace-up platform boots, paired with a black and tan fedora.
Unfortunately, her fiancé lost the fight, marking his first defeat in 11 years.
