The Hoff has one less hassle to deal with: his ex-missus.
A Los Angeles judge has ordered Pamela Bach to pack up her belongings and move out of the Encino residence she once shared with the former Baywatch star.
Superior Court Judge Robert Schneider sided with David Hasselhoff in ruling that Bach must vacate the premises by Jan. 31, agreeing that her living in the 10,000-square-foot mansion was hampering the former fun couple from properly divvying up their assets.
"The house was listed for sale and the court concluded that she was attempting to undermine it getting sold, so he ordered her out of the house," Melvin Goldsman, the actor's attorney, tells E! News.
The legal eagle adds that Bach's behavior forced his client to go to court. "He doesn't like having to do things like this, but he had to take what action he could," says Goldsman.
Hasselhoff, 56, filed for divorce from Bach, 45, in January 2006, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason to end their 16-year union.
Things quickly got ugly as they battled for custody of their two daughters, 18-year-old Taylor and 16-year-old Hayley. They eventually divided up their property and the America's Got Talent judge was awarded sole custody of the girls and got to retain ownership of his illustrious nickname.
