Well, Screen Junkies' latest Honest Trailer won't let Fox live down the latest attempt at a Fantastic Four film, with this hilarious look at what went wrong. (Spoiler alert: Nearly everything went wrong.)
Calling the lead characters "moody, awkward, and really, really low energy," the trailer shows how "underused" actors and a "vague," lazy plot led to one of the biggest bummers of the summer blockbuster season.
Who knew superheroes could be super disappointing?
Oh right, we almost forgot about that Honest Trailer for the other lame Fantastic Four movies.
We don't need these heroes to save the world... we need to save them from making more movies.
The Honest Trailer doesn't hold back, as it calls out actors phoning it in, clumsy comic book references, and weird time shifts in the movie.
But hey, we can all at least agree on one thing: a movie about the making of this fail fest would probably be more interesting than the actual movie.
Three strikes and you're out, Fantastic Four franchise.
