While the validity of Brooks Ayers' claims of a cancer diagnosis continues to dwindle, one thing is certain—Vicki Gunvalson isn't buying his story anymore.

The Real Housewives of Orange Country cast member sat down with Andy Cohen Monday night to share more of her side in the tumultuous saga surrounding her e-boyfriend's health.

"It's very clear he doesn't have cancer if he's forged documents," she said adamantly on Watch What Happens Live. "It's very clear because why would he show fake documents if he has cancer? It doesn't make sense."

While she initially believed Ayers' diagnosis to be true on the basis of medical records he showed her and other cast members on the show, E! News later confirmed the documents were falsified and that he had never received treatment at City of Hope.

"He has not shown me anything that says he has cancer. He hasn't shown me anything that says he doesn't have cancer. I don't have anything," she said. "I only have what he's told me and you and the production company. "

The 53-year-old reality star also shared with Cohen a list of "red flags" she says she wished she had noticed, including the fact that Ayers told her his doctor wanted him to do more chemotherapy after two successful rounds. Instead, he switched to holistic treatments.

"The doctor is telling you to do more chemo and now youre not going to do any at all. This doesn't make sense and he kept saying, ‘Stay out of it,'" she said, recollecting a conversation with him.

Gunvalson continued to describe Ayers' adamant unwillingness to let her see his medical records, especially after she said she made him an organized binder to file them in after each doctor's visit.

"You will never have access to my medical records," she said Ayers told her. "That was another red flag."

While she said she hopes Ayers didn't make her a "target" of this scandal and that she "loved Brooks" and wanted the "women to love him" as well, her most pressing questions now involve quite the opposite of romance.

"I will go to my grave saying, 'Why did you do this to me? To make people like you?'" she asked. "Just be a good person and people will like you. You don't have to fake cancer."
